Service Description

I am a self motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual with more than 10 years experience as a Personal Assistant in a multinational company.  I have excellent Data Entry speed at[removed]wpm and have always given priority to accuracy.  I have assisted my team in Technical writing of procedures and policies and am well versed in it.  My interpersonal skills have help maintain good relationship with customers, vendors and colleagues.

I always believe in going 'the extra mile' in any work that I am assigned with, and this has helped me enhance my learning.  As a Personal Assistant, my key objectives were –-
provide administrative services by handling phone and email correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality while creating files, reports and records.
- Assist with correspondence, reports and special projects using Ms Word and Ms Excel.
- Coordinate for conference calls, including scheduling, managing reservations and sending confirmations
- Liaise with High net worth customers

Besides the above I have written policies and processes for a banking organization after  research.   I also have written documents for an NGO on various topics like Volunteering, Leadership etc.  These documents were converted into Training Modules
